Happy Hollow Hamstery is an aspiring ethical hamster breeding business, dedicated to promoting responsible breeding practices and optimal hamster care practices. All of the Hamsters of Happy Hollow are cared for in a loving and enriching environment, with their health and happiness our top priorities. Under the guidance and expert mentorship of the most reputable hamster breeders, our goal is to further the development of ethical hamster care and breeding best practices that are grounded in, and informed by, scientific research.
Our Story
Ethical Hamster Breeding
Happy Hollow Hamstery is located on the East Coast of Canada in Nova Scotia. We have always been committed to the health, safety, and well-being of all our hamster family members, regardless of their pedigrees. In the spirit of transparency, as the current Hamsters of Happy Hollow are non-pedigreed, we would like to be clear that they have not, nor ever will be, bred. While they will remain our beloved pets, our venture into the ethical breeding of Syrian hamsters is a completely separate endeavor. Our goal, through sharing our learning journey with you, is to foster great love and respect for the breed while also generating a waitlist for our first litter of ethically bred hamster pups.
